Thank you very much for your interest in sponsoring the 2011 Midwest Junior Team Tennis Invitational Championship. The tournament takes place annually at various locations around the Midwest and this year, it will be hosted in Zionsville by Zionsville’s own Team Witsken Tennis, Friday July 15th through Sunday, July 17th. Teams from all over the Midwest, including Indianapolis, St. Louis, Chicago and Columbus, come to compete in the tournament. This year we’re anticipating over 250 players and families, many locals from Carmel, Lebanon, Fishers, Avon and Brownsburg, many of who have yet to spend time in Zionsville’s beautiful shops, fabulous restaurants, and enjoy the various family oriented community events that Zionsville has to offer.
Many of our players will be accompanied by families who will also be looking to enjoy the local area during down time and we need you, our local merchants, to make their stay enjoyable and to make this event a success.
There are many ways in which your business or family can help sponsor the event.
- Provide coupons for our players and their families that invite them to enjoy cuisine or merchandise at a discounted price. Include a map and directions if possible. Coupons will be distributed to all participating players in gift packages with water bottles and general information regarding the event and the local area.
- Donate $50 or more in cash or goods to the Midwest Junior Team Tennis Invitational Tournament and your business’s name will appear in our event guide under our sponsors. Donations may also be made in honor or memory of family members or friends.
- Place an ad in our event guide. $100 for a ¼ page ad and $150 for ½ page ad (ads can be emailed to Megan at megan@teamwitsken.com or mailed to Team Witsken / P.O. Box 251 / Zionsville, IN / 46077)
- Donate $250 or more in cash or goods (i.e. bottled water, t-shirts, hats, maps, goody bag treats, etc.) to have your business or honoree listed on the back of the t-shirt that all players will receive and all volunteers will wear throughout the weekend; your business’s name will also be listed in our event guide under our sponsors.
- Become an Ace Sponsor. Donate $500 or more to support the event, or $500 worth of goods (i.e. bottled water, t-shirts, hats, maps, goody bag treats, tents, etc.). Ace Sponsors will be given a ¼ page ad in the program; they’re listed on the back of the t-shirt that every player will be given and every event volunteer will wear throughout the event and they will also be listed on the banners that will be hung at every site of the tournament.
- Become a Title Sponsor. Donate $1000 or more to support the event, in addition to any goods or volunteers. Title Sponsors will be given a ½ page ad in the event guide; they’re listed as “Title Sponsor” on the back of the t-shirt that every player will be given and every event volunteer will wear throughout the event and they will also be listed on the banners that will be hung at every site of the tournament.
